The late 19th century was obsessed with Vampires:- a blood taint which had absolutely nothing to do with the tuberculosis and syphilis which was decimating the lives of young people at the time.
Since the 1980s folk have been more worried about Zombies. Visit the Ark Encounter: the dioramas are fanciful, but the undead are everywhere.

Thx again, Mo. Indeed, at the end of the ’80s we thought we’d seen the end of failed, extreme, genocidal ideologies - & mindless ideologues. But now, true to zombie form, they’re shambling back into view. Scary. And then there are the unreconstructed, narrow Brutish imperialists (above) who ignorantly deny that their heroic empire committed genocide. P’haps the better to toady to their betters. Scary³.

Came here expecting bombastic conspiratorial rants about people blindly following the COVID hoax/EU Gravy Train/Biden lies/something-about-Clinton/vaccines making you gay/trans people living in your attic.
Maybe the title should have included something like ‘Truth!’ or ‘Breitbart legend unveils’ to attract that crowd.
