Like 17 generations of oral history was not embellished or made to make their kids think that they were more of heroes than they thought they might be. Even oral descriptions and hearsay on what other have told them personally are not reliable. From one person to just 1 other person. Let alone so many. We all know we cannot believe everything we hear from relatives at Thanksgiving dinner. So take this as a story being told. Rather than actual history.

There are many accounts from Spanish and the Aztec’s that were verified. Concluding that the Aztec (at least those in power and responsible for the military) believed that the Spanish were Gods. At lead to them 5 million plus man empire conquering them with 126 men. No I listened to some of the audio. And the author actually refers to many of the uprisings in the 100 years after. Not the day it took for the Empire to be conquered. As the description falsely refers to.
