Specifically, the social contract is a tacit agreement to assert, promote, and maintain the ideal of white supremacy. This intention is deliberate and an integral characteristic of the contract, a characteristic which persists to the present day.

Ridiculous Marxist rubbish!
Perhaps black Americans would have done better if they lived in Africa with African values? They did once upon a time, and they were captured and sold into slavery like chattel by their own countrymen.
Later Caucasian Europeans such as William Wilberforce spent their lives to free them, then under President Lincoln and the Republican leadership, America went to war to emancipate saves, the bloodiest war in US history.
The problem with George Floyd is not the failure of the social contract (natural rights, Magna Carta, etc.), but the authorities not putting it into practice!
We can see how this was also played out in the case against Flynn by the FBI. Look at how Obama illegally spied on Trump and his campaign, and yes, before that it was Nixon.
No man is above the law. Might does not make right. These are all social contracts of the West. Which one would you like to throw out first?

Yet another social diagnostician who bemoans the original sin of the fortunate. Fortunately, my philosophy is truly race-less and is immune to the pollution of this author. Being a Caucasian American doesn’t make a person good. It doesn’t make them bad, either. Charles Mills is a racists against Caucasians. He’s made a career out of it.
