Thanks for this. It is a great story of one man going head to head with big food….and winning because he was right. His other books are very good as well. Have followed Tim Noakes for years, and read all of his books. This book is highly recommended.

I see that the author here, Dr Noakes, has written a book about a “Top Scientist”. By which he means himself.

Noakes is indeed the “top scientist” - no idle brag. For years he followed the ‘established scientific truths’, until his observations led him to question them - and then like a true scientist, he came up with a better theory to match the facts.
