Napoleon at Peace ends by discussing Napoleon’s one great failure—his attempt to restore the colonial empire destroyed by war and slave rebellion. By the time this endeavor was abandoned, the fragile peace with Great Britain had broken down, and the Napoleonic wars had begun.

Heard it.
There is nothing new here, and the title is misleading.
However, John Lee’s narration is excellent, and it’s a nice refreshment of the period. As much as one can cram into just 6 hours/250 pages book.
