Good luck to the people who delve into this, I think the uploader did a great job.
However, some notes on this series: the main character is a self-insert, it contains some a ton of stuff that doesn’t make sense (Rules change on the fly), no real/tangible consequences for the main character’s actions (He does a spell to summon a familiar and it ends up killing completely unknown citizens, he makes a plaque and everything is just “solved” and never spoken of again.), the main character also gains power and wealth with little effort (Literally, he has a super secret pond with unlimited XP potions that he uses and sells.) TONS of dropped plots (IE: Author ends a book on a cliffhanger, and on the very next book within the first few paragraphs he completely drops it. Give a hint: it involves kobolds) on top of a ton of plot hooks he can’t keep track of, needlessly graphic stuff, elements directly ripped from Skyrim (Not Elder Scrolls, just Skyrim), and implied bestiality. But that’s just where I stopped on these books.
Oh yeah, and the author marketed these books to little kids. Not teens, but kids. Just throwing that in there.

Not sure what raveraptor is talking about but its not for little kids. But with that being said you can skip book 8, it sucked balls no story movement at all.

Why are we rating this 5-stars? So people waste their time on the story just like us? I’m cool with that.
As for the books. I honestly think book 8 is a nice new return to format. Just a guy and his ever so lucky adventure through a dungeon.Though.. there’s a chapter in there dedicated to a man having diarrhea. Not one or two paragraphs. But like 10 or 12 pages or so? I feel sorry for the narrator who had to go through all that.
Storywise; book 1 is good and shows potential. book 2 is alright. book 3 is already kinda ehhhhh and a bit of a slog. 4, 5 and 6 have ups and downs but still end up on being mehhh, but hey, you’re invested now, so sunk-cost-fallacy and all that.
Book 7.. I am a fool, Boo the fool.
Book 8, the guy and his survival through a dungeon with like 3 or 4 encounters?
That said, this writer can definitely use a proof-reader. Just someone who will scrap some lines, sometimes some whole chapters, and who will just rework some of the nonsense before it gets printed.
It’s all written by a weird and heavily entitled writer, with weird sexism all over the place. It’s obviously a self-insert story for him. But there is just so much entitlement going on. And that will probably annoy a lot of people. And the guy tries to play it off like oh hey I’m Black and go through #struggles. But he’s obviously been so damn pampered all his life. And just.. all the weird sexism that constantly just pops op out of left field. I guess so it can be #relatable or something?
There is so much weird.
Still, the stories are entertaining. And the writer does have a good imagination and ideas for a world, and which he manages to convey pretty well.
I guess that’s why I stuck with it so long.
Actually, that’s definitely why I stuck with it so far.
And I would recommend it.
Just… be prepared to ignore a lot of weird that pops up sometimes.

If you read book 8 you will likely gnash your teeth, tear out your hair, and the mention of “Kong” will forever disgust you. The author is getting payback on the publisher by destroying his fan base. At the end of book 7, just assume that every thing turns out well for the characters and everyone lived happily ever after. Then find a new series and never think about it again.

I found this book on a list and read these commends.
I don’t even want to start reading this. It sounds like the writer has potential but he needs a good co writer or a very good editor which is becoming rare now a days even more rare in the litRPG catigory.
A boring book makes me sad but a broken book with lots of potential makes me mad.

Aleron Kong’s “God’s Eye” book got me interested in this author and was really hoping there would be more of the series. I’m going to seed it since I saw a few people wanting to check it out. I really hope this series will be nearly as good.
Lastly, if you are a fan of LitRPG’s check out Dungeon Crawler Carl. By far the best series I’ve come across in this genre.
